Daisy Constance Rogers was born on 6 Sep 1893, the daughter of George and Agnes Minnie Rogers (nee McGowran) of the parish of St Marylebone, London. She had 6 brothers and sisters:

Before marriage, Connie worked at Derry & Tom's as a cashier in the Counting House at the top of Kensington High Street. On 6 Apr 1920, she married Reginald Wyndham Berryman, a cashier with the London and Southwestern Bank.
She died shortly after Reg in 1966, following an operation on her knee.
